Guarantee
DENT DOCTOR warrants that its professional services are
performed to the highest standards of skilled workmanship, that Dent Doctor
repairs will not cause defects in the sheet metal, paint finish or alter the
corrosion resistance of any repaired panel(s) and Dent Doctor guarantees the
dent removal services performed for as long as you own the vehicle.
Limited Warranty
In the event repairs performed by an authorized Dent Doctor
repair shop result in defects in your vehicle's sheet metal those defects would
be corrected based upon the following conditions;
Warranty
This warranty applies to only the exact portion of dented
panel(s) that was repaired by an authorized Dent Doctor repair center.
Length of Warranty
Dent Doctor warrants its professional services for as long as
you own the vehicle.
Receiving Warranty Repairs
Take your vehicle, along with your copy of the original paid
repair receipt/repair order, to the authorized Dent Doctor repair shop that
performed the repairs. Explain the problem and give Dent Doctor an
opportunity to examine the vehicle. You are responsible for keeping copies
of your paid repair receipt for warranty purposes. Not presenting your
paid receipt may result in your warranty claim being denied.

Warranty Repairs Charges
There is no charge to you for any warranty work performed.
Dent Doctor is not responsible for your rental car expense or employment wages
lost due to performance of the warranty repairs. Warranty repairs
requiring repainting will be performed by a body shop selected by Dent Doctor.
Warranty Limitations and Exclusions
The Dent Doctor warranty applies only to defects caused by the
Dent Doctor repairs. Defect of the paint finish caused by subsequent
damage, tree sap, airborne chemicals, rock chips, objects striking the panel(s),
repainting, misuse of cleaners, solvents or waxes and other abuse is excluded.
Additional Terms
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights which vary
from state to state. Only repairs performed by an authorized Dent Doctor
repair shop are covered by this warranty. Performance of authorized
repairs is the exclusive remedy under this written warranty, or any implied
warranty.
